You have to be connected to a server, if you want to record a video then do as it follows:
1. Press (~) to open the console.
2. Type /autorecord to record it to a default name, which will be for example:
2009-10-09-000512-oasis.dm_82
2009-10-09 is a date (YYYY-MM-DD)
000512 is a random code which doesn't matter.
oasis is a map name
.dm82 - file extension
You can also type /record <name> to save it to the name of your choice.
3. In order to stop recording type /stoprecord.
4. Now, your video is located in X:\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\jaymod\demos\
5. Upload it on a free file hosting website, so we can download it. Try:

1. Enter the server the video was recorded on.
2. Type /demo <name> (without .dm82)
1a. Create \demos\ folder in \etmain\, you will be able to choose a video from 'Replays' menu.
Another way to record a video:
1. Log in on your Xfire, then enter the server.
2. Start recording by holding <Scroll Lock> button then clicking <V>.
3. To stop recording press Scroll Lock and V again.
4. Your video will be on your xfire profile if you accept it.
